In this livestream workshop, you'll explore what intuition actually is (and isn't), how it differs from fear, anxiety or imagination, and why intuitive signals often become muted through conditioning, overthinking and external authority. 

This workshop will offer a grounded framework for recognising intuitive information in the body, emotions and perception, while remaining discerning and psychologically safe.

We will not be recording this workshop. One of the unique aspects of the College's online events is that they are highly interactive.
