Neurographica: Clarity & Flow States

Neurographica is a relaxing drawing-based method that works with flowing, neuron-like lines and intentional mark-making to gently bridge the conscious and subconscious mind, creating space for clarity and creative flow states. This in-person workshop introduces you to this method.

In this workshop, you'll discover the extraordinary practice of Neurographica – developed in 2014 by psychologist Pavel Piskarev PhD – through a single, powerful theme: the NeuroTree. Across every culture, the tree is a symbol of life – roots that ground us, a trunk that sustains us, branches reaching toward what we are growing into. 

This in-person workshop includes:

• The foundational gesture of the Neurographica method: a continuous, organic line that crosses itself freely. Wherever two lines meet, the crossing is softened into a gentle curve. This small, repeated act - rounding the sharp edges - is at the heart of what makes Neurographica transformative.
• Working from a personal intention, you build your tree - roots, trunk, canopy - filling it with Neurographic lines and then with colour. The drawing develops organically, moving from an initial feeling of chaos toward a sense of harmony, wholeness and a flow state.
• The session closes with a brief sharing circle. You are invited - never required - to share a word or a sentence about your experience. The drawings remain with you as a personal artwork and a touchstone you can return to.

No artistic experience is needed. The method works by slowing the hand, quieting the inner critic and letting something honest emerge on the page.
