Tarot 101: Feminine & Masculine in Tarot

In this livestream workshop, you'll unpack the feminine and masculine tropes, motifs, images and symbolism in the tarot.

This workshop explores the feminine and masculine in the tarot, examining these themes both through standalone cards and within the wider context of a tarot spread. 

This online workshop includes:

• Gaining more knowledge and understanding of some of the feminine and masculine tarot cards
• Sharing ideas, insights and experiences around what it means to be female/feminine and male/masculine and how this is manifested in the tarot cards through imagery, motifs, tropes and symbolism
• Developing confidence around using these cards 
• Exploring the theme of femininity and masculinity in all its forms

We will also practise using the cards with some case studies that people may bring when attending a reading with you.

You will need:

• A tarot deck of your choice, though we will predominantly work with the Rider Waite deck.
• A notebook and pen.

• This workshop is open to all, whether complete beginner or seasoned tarot reader.

We will not be recording this workshop. One of the unique aspects of the College's online events is that they are highly interactive. Participants are encouraged to discuss and share with the tutor and the group. These sharings can be very personal, and some may not feel comfortable with them being recorded.
