Jessica is a Brazilian Jungian Psychoanalyst and teacher based in London. She believes the Universe speaks to us in a language that is not always easy to perceive, through dreams, synchronicities, slips, déjà vus, and chance encounters. This language carries information about our destiny, our purpose, and the path toward becoming our true, higher self, often communicating what our conscious mind is not yet ready to hold.
She began her training in Psychology at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie in Brazil, before a major turning point brought her to London to continue her path. She completed her clinical psychodynamic training at SAP (Society of Analytical Psychology), and has since deepened her practice through ongoing Clinical Jungian supervision at the Jungian Institute in Lisbon. She is currently completing an MSc in Spirituality, Consciousness, and Transpersonal Psychology at Liverpool John Moores University.
Jessica is drawn to the themes of Consciousness, Reality, Time, the Sacred Feminine, Herbalism, and Symbology, and is the published author of a book on Astro Herbalism. Her work today takes many forms: she sees clients one-to-one, teaches Jungian Psychology, Archetypal Astrology, Tarot, and Mythology, and partners with brands across London on wellbeing and psychological literacy. She also works with schools in Portugal, and runs a monthly women's Jungian book club exploring the work of Clarissa Pinkola Estés.
