The Principles of Kabbalah course syllabus

• Week 1 | Introduction to the diagram of the Tree of Life and the cosmology of Kabbalah
• Week 2 |Way of descent or the unfolding of the four worlds and what they mean
• Week 3 | The power of the Sefiroth (spheres on the Tree of Life) and a deeper look into their meaning and potential (how they play a part within existence and the human being)
• Week 4 | The way upward or 'teshuvah' (way of return)
• Week 5 | The psyche on the Tree of Life and the path of self-knowledge

Each class includes an invocation or an official opening of the session, followed by a guided meditation. There will be homework so that, every week, you can contemplate, meditate on and integrate what we have discussed. There will be room for questions and answers in every class.
