This introductory course provides a calm, balanced, step by step approach for developing your interest and experience in the psychic and mediumship world, so that you have the basis to understand and live life from your intuitive consciousness.
We cover the following areas, using methods such as practical exercises, visualisation and discussion:
- Grounding and meditation
- Opening and closing awareness and sensitivity
- Our body and energy centres
- Intuition and new perspectives
- Using our senses and which comes easiest
- Mediumistic and psychic energy

We will not be recording these classes. One of the unique aspects of the College's online courses is that they are highly interactive. Participants are encouraged to discuss and share with the tutor and the group. These sharings can be very personal, and some may not feel comfortable with them being recorded. If you need to miss any sessions, your tutor will be happy to offer a brief outline of the material covered.
