Learn the art of psychometry – reading objects in relation to other people and as conduits of energy – in this 10-week livestream course. 

Hone your psychic skills with the practice of psychometry. You will discover how to read the history and stories of objects to reveal more about those they belong to.

This 10-week online course includes:

• Academic theories around objects and our connection to them
• Practising psychic skills with clairtangency
• Group discussion and pair work to enhance your intuitive skills
• Practices to develop your distance object-reading skills

You will be given homework to bring to class and share your experiences and findings with the group. For each class, you will be required to bring an object. More instructions will be given in each class on what to bring the following week.

• Week 1 | What objects mean to us. Transitional objects theory & cathexis. Objects around us
  
• Week 2 | Which objects relate to yourself, what you wear, what you have made. Kopytoff and the biography of objects. Objects related to other people. Psychometry: the history of the practice, its origins
  
• Week 3 | Energy of space and its impact on objects. Paranormal objects, objects of war, Good Hado/ Bad Hado
  
• Week 4 | The importance of objects in grief, memorial objects
  
• Week 5 | Clearing space, cleansing objects, cleansing self. Intangible objects such as religious symbols to protect the space and self when reading
• Week 6 | Clairsentience as a skill, an outline of the ability and how this relates to reading objects
  
• Week 7 | Clairaudience as a skill, an outline of the ability and how this relates to reading objects
• Week 8 | Clairvoyance as a skill, an outline of the ability and how this relates to reading objects
  
• Week 9 | Actively 'cathecting' or focusing energy into an object. A crystal would be the best item for this purpose. This object will be used for the following week
• Week 10 | Distant object reading, remote viewing through unseen objects

We will not be recording these classes. One of the unique aspects of the College's online courses is that they are highly interactive. Participants are encouraged to discuss and share with the tutor and the group. These sharings can be very personal, and some may not feel comfortable with them being recorded. If you need to miss any sessions, your tutor will be happy to offer a brief outline of the material covered.
