According to kundalini yoga teachings, we have ten bodies. These include not only your physical body, but our aura, our positive, negative and neutral minds and our subtle body among others.
When all ten bodies are working together at their optimum capacity, we shine with our inherent brilliance, and we are able to realise happiness and peace.
This series of Saturday morning classes works on each of our ten bodies, strengthening, balancing and aligning each using specific movements, mantras, music and meditations (and of course, melty relaxations).
First timers and seasoned Yogi’s alike are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat. If you do not have one we will provide one for you.
I have worked with many styles of yoga - from Ashtanga to Vinyasa for more than ten years and teach Kundalini and general hatha yoga. When not teaching yoga I write regular magazine features for Om Yoga, Yoga and Everyday Health.
