Yoga Nidra is an ancient technique that moves you into alpha, theta and deeper brainwave states.

It is a sleep-based meditation technique which uses breath, body and awareness to drop you down into deeper brainwave states where meditation naturally occurs.

It is typically practiced lying down. You can effortlessly rest in deep states of meditation without the struggle often associated with seated meditation.

Kamini believes that Yoga Nidra has the power to profoundly heal the body, balance excess stress, release emotional and energetic tensions and return you to your essential peaceful nature.

We will experience the practices of Yoga Nidra and explore:

  • What is that nature of the true self?
  • What are the three states of consciousness and how does Yoga Nidra give me access to the fourth state?
  • What is Yoga Nidra and how is it designed to solve the problems and stresses we face?
  • How does Yoga Nidra move us through the various brainwave states and what happens at each of these levels?
  • How can I use Yoga Nidra to make shifts from the subtlest states of consciousness?

Open to all levels of experience.
