When the mind is soothed, when the breath is calm, when the hormones and glands are in balance and when the physical and emotional bodies are at peace and in alignment, then we can achieve a glorious night's sleep.

This kundalini yoga workshop is an opportunity to slough off blocks to a healthy sleep cycle, encouraging us to completely rejuvenate and heal as we rest.

Great for good sleepers and insomniacs alike, we will be exploring the practice of yoga nidra, or waking sleep, alongside a set of prescribed kundalini yoga kriyas and meditations for sleep.

The workshop is an excellent opportunity to completely rejuvenate and refresh the mind, body and spirit.

This workshop is for everyone, regardless of level or ability. All you need to practise is an open mind and willing spirit. You may find some of the movements challenging but always worth your best efforts. There will be chairs available for those who find it uncomfortable sitting on the floor/yoga mat for extended periods of time. Please wear comfy clothes appropriate for movement.

This workshop is taking place in-person at our college in London

You can find the address and travel directions on our contact page - we'll also include all the information in your enrolment email.
