Have you ever wondered about our native power plants?

The so-called witching herbs - the poisons: who are they?

Where do they grow?

What are their individual gifts and stories?

Come and learn about their folklore, magic and medicine on this interactive, sensory workshop.

A whistle stop tour, through the witches garden, from the shadowy flower beds of Datura, Henbane and Belladonna, into the woodlands with toadstools. These magnificent and malificent plants are part of the herbalist's materia medica - their medicine chest.

But what medicine do they contain and how is their power harnessed?

We shall be exploring each plant in detail - looking at the gifts they offer.

This workshop is taking place in-person at our college in London

You can find the address and travel directions on our contact page - we'll also include all the information in your enrolment email.
