A clear, balanced and healthy vishuddha, or throat chakra, manifests in our ability to communicate clearly and effectively on all levels – not just vocally, but energetically and with our body language, too.
A healthy vishuddha allows us to express and voice our needs, and ensures that those needs are heard. It supports us in expressing our honest, authentic self, without fear of judgement.
This workshop is dedicated to bringing the vishuddha into shining clarity. We will be working with the sacred technology of kundalini yoga to release the blocks in our throat chakra in order to communicate our true self.
It enhances our ability to speak our truth in a way that is heard and honoured.
This workshop is for all, both beginners and seasoned yogis. While some of the postures and movements may challenge you, they are always worth your best efforts and alternatives will be provided for those in need.
This workshop will be live on Zoom. All you need to take part is a computer with a webcam and microphone.
Please ensure you have enough floor space for you to lie flat on your back, with a yoga mat or rug to practice on, a blanket for meditations and relaxations, and a cushion. You may also wish to have a chair nearby if it is uncomfortable to sit on the floor for extended periods.
We have chosen Zoom as our online classroom as it's very easy to download and use. If you do not have Zoom, visit https://zoom.us/ and sign up for free.
On paying for this workshop, you will receive an email giving the Zoom link to access your class. Remember to check your spam folder if you don’t receive this confirmation email in your main inbox.
Please email: email@example.com if you have any questions. We hope you enjoy the workshop!
