This is a follow-on workshop for those who have completed parts one and two. In Chinese medicine the energy of wood and fire elements is rising and expanding.

Wood supports your vision - be that physical, emotional or spiritual and helps to channel your energy into relevant projects and tasks. The meridians of wood influence the sides of the body, whereas the fire element is reflected in relationships and your ability to experience joy.

We will engage with both the wood and fire elements using meditation, exercises and discussion. You will locate the meridians and acupoints on each other.

The aim is to encourage the flow of '˜Ki' energy in the meridians to restore balance and support integration. There will be partner work with hands-on and hands-off techniques used during the day.

This workshop is taking place in-person at our college in London

You can find the address and travel directions on our contact page - we'll also include all the information in your enrolment email.
