Boost Your Radiance with Kundalini Yoga

There are some people who seem to shine a bit brighter and draw a little more attention than those around them… they have a special air about them that you can’t quite put your finger on.

That ‘air’ is known as the radiant body in Kundalini Yoga teachings. Interlinked with the aura, a powerful radiant body enhances your charisma and magnetism, and gives you that special sparkle that others are drawn to.

This one-day workshop uses movement, mantra and meditation (along with plenty of melty relaxation) to powerfully ignite your radiant body, polish up your projection and maximise your magnetism. You’ll be releasing anything that inhibits your innate shine, and boosting your electromagnetic field to beam like a beacon. Good job we’re in the sunglasses season, then.

For beginners and seasoned yogis alike, Kundalini Yoga can be practised by everyone – you don’t need to be flexible or bendy. All you need is an open mind. Most of the workshop is done with your eyes closed, so it’s a deeply meditative experience. Please bring a yoga mat and blanket, and wear comfy clothing. If you don’t have a yoga mat, please let the college know and we will provide one for you.
