Kundalini yoga is a very powerful tool to heal addictions and rewire our brain into healthier life choices. We are all addicted to something on some level, be it drugs, food, sugar, alcohol, drama, sex, attention.

This half-day workshop works with movement, mantra (chanting), meditation and relaxation to dig deep into our subconscious and help release them, paving the way for healthy new life choices to form. If it no longer serves you, it's going!

No experience of yoga needed, everyone is welcome. Come with an open mind and willing spirit, and wear comfortable clothing appropriate for movement. If you are uncomfortable sitting on a yoga mat on the floor, a chair will be provided.

This workshop is taking place in-person at our college in London

You can find the address and travel directions on our contact page - we'll also include all the information in your enrolment email.
