Voicing our needs, expressing our true self, speaking up, shining strongly and confidently in our self: these are all signs of a healthy throat chakra.

When it is blocked, we may struggle to make ourselves heard, or we may find it uncomfortable to always say what we really think, or we can tend to camouflage our true light and side line how we feel for fear of being judged. And nowadays, with Facebook and Instagram shining the spotlight on so many of our insecurities, throat chakra imbalances become more apparent than ever.

In this workshop, we will be working with movement, mantra and meditation to clear, balance and open up the throat chakra and balance the thyroid and consequently, the metabolism.

We will move towards a freer expression of ourselves without fear of judgement or criticism. Be prepared to shine in your authenticity!

Kundalini yoga is for you, no matter what your age, capability, level of flexibility. All you need to practise is an open mind and willing spirit. You may find some of the movements challenging, but always worth your best efforts. Please wear comfy clothes appropriate for movement. We practice on yoga mats on the floor, however chairs will be available for those who find sitting on the floor uncomfortable.

This workshop is taking place in-person at our college in London

You can find the address and travel directions on our contact page - we'll also include all the information in your enrolment email.
