Courses: If you are a continuing student on a courses please note that you will need to pay for your course by the 5th September. After this date your place will no longer be reserved.
Lectures and Demonstrations: Booking your place in advance is advisable for all lectures and demonstrations Doors open at 6.30pm, and the events will start at 7pm, finishing at 8.30pm, unless otherwise stated (no admission after 7pm). Senior citizens and the registered unemployed can claim concessions with the appropriate documents. Please bring proof to show at the door, otherwise the full price will be payable.
Workshops: We reccomend that you book your workshop place in advance. If you do arrive on the day of your chosen workshop to book and pay, please be aware that you will need to wait until all of the participants who have pre-booked have been checked in. This means that you may have to wait a little while to be registered and for your payment to be taken.
Doors open at 9.30am and start promptly at 10am (unless otherwise stated), please arrive in good time to check in. Workshops finish at 5pm. (unless otherwise stated) Late arrivals may disrupt the opening meditation of a workshop and latecomers may be asked to wait until the first tea break before being allowed in. Please bring a notebook and pen to all workshops.
Consultations: Most consultants will allow their sessions to be recorded. The College charges £5 per CD, alternatively you are welcome to bring your own recording device. All consultation payments must be made in full at the time of booking.
Anyone wishing to take part in any College event or activity is embarking on a personal journey of investigation and exploration that should not be entered into lightly. Everyone should take personal responsibility for themselves, and attendance at consultations, lectures, courses, workshops and any other events are at the individual’s own risk without liability on the part of the College. Please inform your tutor or consultant of any medical condition and any prescription drugs or medications taken regularly. No person using recreational drugs or alcohol on a regular basis can be considered for courses, workshops or other College events. The College reserves the right to ask a student to leave a class, workshop, lecture, demonstration, clinic or other event and rescind membership at its discretion.
