Discover how the principles of Yin and Yang and the Chinese five elements are relevant to your daily life.

Find out how they can shed light on your health, behaviour and relationships.

Each of the five elements have a unique personality and they all perform at their best when in harmonious relationship with each other.

This workshop will give you a basic understanding of this fascinating topic. You will also learn a set of energising and relaxing stretches that focus on the meridians (energetic pathways) of the body for each element.

There will be practical work in pairs so please wear comfortable clothes that you can move in such as jogging trousers, top and socks.
