This fascinating workshop is an introduction to the philosophy of Yin/Yang and the Chinese Five Elements.

Explore the basic principles behind an ancient energy system. Discover how the principles of Yin and Yang and the Chinese five elements are relevant to your daily life. Find out how they can shed light on your health, behaviour and relationships.

Each of the five elements has a unique 'personality' and they all perform at their best when in harmonious relationship with each other.

This workshop will give you a basic understanding of this fascinating topic. You will also learn a short five element Tai Chi movement sequence.

We will not be recording this workshop. One of the unique aspects of the College's online events is that they are highly interactive. Participants are encouraged to discuss and share with the tutor and the group. These sharings can be very personal, and some may not feel comfortable with them being recorded.
