Join us in person at the College for a fun kundalini yoga workshop to amplify the wattage of your aura... get ready to really SHINE!
Our electromagnetic field plays an important role in how we communicate our true self to those around us. A strong, clear, bright aura projects confidence, clarity and openness.
When our aura is strong, it means those around us sit up and take notice of us, and others can sense our presence even before we enter a room. It conveys who we are very clearly on a subtle level. It also protects us, not only from smoggy energies or entities, but also from physical disease. In kundalini yoga teachings, if your aura is bright and strong, you won't catch a cold!
In this in-person workshop, we will be working with the breath, movements, mantras and meditations to clear, balance, expand and seal our auric body. We will work on wiping away the cloudy effects of pollution - whether physical or psychic - from our electromagnetic field, so our true self can shine clearly through.
Beginners are welcome - all you need to join this workshop is an open mind and willing spirit.
The College provides yoga mats, blankets and pillows, but of course, please feel free to bring your own if you wish. Please bring water, and wear comfy clothes appropriate for movement. You may find some of the movements challenging but always worth your best efforts. There will be chairs available for those who find it uncomfortable sitting on a yoga mat on the floor.
