Join Dr Deborah Egerton, visiting from the US, for this in-person, heart-centred exploration of the personality framework of the Enneagram. We will gently uncover what separates us from our authentic selves and what brings us back to presence, to compassion and to one another.

The Enneagram offers a framework of nine personality types. However, it is much more than a personality system: It is a living map that reflects both our habitual patterns and the profound wisdom of our essence.

When life feels uncertain or stretched by transition, the Enneagram invites us to recognise our default coping strategies; name what truly matters; return to centre with clarity and grace and navigate change without losing ourselves in the process.

This in-person workshop includes:

  • A compassionate, accessible introduction to the Enneagram as a pathway home to your authentic self
  • Exploration of the 9 Enneagram points through the lens of shared humanity, belonging and unity
  • Guided reflective exercises to uncover the stories you carry and the ways you've learned to protect your heart
  • Somatic and grounding practices to help regulate your nervous system during times of transition
  • Small-group connection and community-building practices that honour our shared humanity
  • Space to reflect on life changes and navigate them with more clarity, presence and self-compassion
  • Interactive teachings illuminating your Enneagram personality archetype and how it shapes your journey

This workshop at The College of Psychic Studies is for those seeking authenticity, deeper understanding and a moment to rest the spirit. Whether you're navigating change, seeking community or yearning to reconnect with your essence, this workshop offers a place to breathe and remember who you are beneath the layers of protection and expectation.

Three questions to carry with you as you arrive at this workshop:

  • What am I holding on to that no longer serves me?
  • What is asking to be born in me right now?
  • Where can I soften into trust?

There are moments in life when everything familiar seems to shift – when the path softens beneath our feet and we're invited into a deeper journey of becoming. In those in-between places, we long for grounding, for clarity, and for the reminder that we do not travel this road alone. In this workshop, you will find greater insight during life transitions and a renewed sense of your inner 'true north'.

As Ram Dass says, 'We're all just walking each other home.' Book now to come walk with us. We'll walk each other home.
