In this in-person workshop, we will examine the body's fight-or-flight mechanism and its impact on intuition and spiritual development. 

We will examine this stress response from both a Western scientific perspective and the yogic subtle body system, focusing on how chronic stress disrupts the flow of prana (life force) through the nadis, as well as its impact on brain functions linked to intuition and higher awareness. A well-regulated nervous system fosters balance, allowing for deeper spiritual experiences and personal transformation.

Drawing from Buddhist and Yogic traditions, we will engage with ancient techniques to calm the mind, reset the nervous system, and harmonise the subtle body with the physical. This workshop combines theory and practice to provide effective tools for reducing stress, enhancing well-being, and preparing the mind and body for spiritual development.
