Winter Solstice Egyptian Karnak Ritual

What to expect

The ceremony is held across two parts. Pixie will guide you through each stage. There will be time for instruction, practice and individual talisman activation.

Morning:

• Spiritual and mental preparation: cleansing your energy field to prepare to join the Neteru on the Solar Barque
• A series of ancient cleansing practices you can learn and continue to use at home
• Making your Heka talisman — guided by Pixie, all materials supplied
• Understanding the Winter Solstice in ancient Egyptian tradition: the Sun (Ra) dips into the Duat at sunset on the 20th December and rises renewed at dawn on the 21st
• The significance of colour in Egyptian Heka magick — please wear red, purple or black

Afternoon & sunset

• The Heka ritual circle: casting off that which does not serve and setting clear intentions for the year ahead
• Talisman consecration: one by one, you will bring your offering to the ritual altar to be activated by Pixie
• The drum journey at sunset: you will be transported to the Solar Barque to join the Neteru
• Sekhmet, the Most Powerful One, will infuse you with her strength and compassion
• Thoth/Djehuti will open your consciousness to the possibilities of being and receive direction on your 2027 soul's journey
• Anubis/Anpu will guide you through the process of rebirth, leaving behind the parts of you that no longer serve
• Ra stands at the helm to welcome you to the rising of the light and your rebirth
• Guided by Thoth/Djehuti, master of time and Heka, we rise at Karnak to the returning Sun, completing the cycle and closing the ritual

Entry requirements

• Please wear ritual coloured clothing – red, purple or black. The vibration of the colour was a very important part of Egyptian Heka magick.
