This in-person workshop explores the ancestral healing tradition of the Mesa – the shamanic altar that forms the heart of Andean healing.
Rooted in the traditions of the northern coast and high Andes, the Mesa is a tool for restoration, insight, manifestation, connection and personal transformation. You'll learn about the Mesa directly through an authentic Andean perspective; one that honours the ancestors, the land and the original wisdom-keepers through the tradition of the Mesa. Your guides: Peruvian curandero, anthropologist and archaeologist, Dr Rubén Orellana, and psychotherapist and shamanic practitioner, Michele Costa-Lukis.

'I want to share with you the practice of healing and curative practices according to the traditions of the coast (Moche, Chimú, Cupisnique) and the high Andean region, using an important tool called the Mesa (table).' - Dr Rubén Orellana
This in-person workshop includes:
- The history and lineage of the Mesa as a tool for healing and manifestation
- How to build your own Mesa for healing work, divination and gratitude
- How to arrange and activate your elements on the Curanderil Mesa
- How to use the Mesa for insight and transformation
- How to build and offer a Despacho for gratitude to Mother Earth
- The workshop will include an experience of healing with the Mesa by Dr Rubén Orellana and Michele
This workshop offers an authentic, lineage-based exploration of Andean healing knowledge, where healing is relational, the universe is alive, and the Mesa is a bridge between worlds. We will learn through relationship with natural elements, ritual practice and embodied experience.
Through this process, you are invited to explore different states of consciousness, deepen personal awareness, and encounter Andean healing knowledge as a living tradition. Book now.
