This six-week in-person course offers a gentle introduction to weaving intuition into the fabric of everyday life, showing that spiritual practice doesn't require more time or space, only greater awareness within the life you're already living.

Many of us long to live more intuitively, yet the demands of everyday life often leave little space for spiritual practice. Caring for children or parents, working shifts, supporting others professionally, running businesses or simply keeping up with the pace of modern life can make spirituality feel like something that belongs to another world – something we hope to find time for one day.

This six-week course offers a different perspective, exploring how intuition can become woven into the ordinary moments of each day, and helping you discover that it often speaks most clearly through slowing down, listening deeply and meeting life with greater awareness.

What to expect

Through guided inner practices, reflective discussion, simple meditation and practical exercises, you will learn how to cultivate greater presence, self-awareness and quiet confidence within the life you are already living. Across six weeks, the course explores how presence, self-trust, healthy boundaries and compassionate awareness can gently transform the way you experience work, relationships, family life and caring responsibilities. Sessions are interactive and grounded, offering a practical, accessible spiritual practice that supports, rather than competes with, the realities of everyday life.

This 6-week in-person course includes:

  • Becoming present and creating the foundations for intuitive living
  • Learning to recognise your own inner wisdom through quiet awareness and reflection
  • Exploring emotional balance, healthy boundaries and caring for others without losing yourself
  • Bringing presence and quiet awareness into relationships, conversations and everyday decisions
  • Developing confidence, self-compassion and trust in your own experience
  • Creating a sustainable personal practice that naturally supports everyday life beyond the course

Meet your tutor, Sarah-Jane Jay

Over many years of working with clients, Sarah-Jane Jay noticed a recurring theme: many people longed to feel more spiritually connected, but felt their lives were already full – raising families, caring for others, working in demanding professions or self-employment, and balancing the responsibilities of everyday life. Their experience resonated deeply with her own. As a solo parent running her own business, Sarah-Jane came to realise that spirituality needs to become something she could bring to the life she was already living. This course has grown from that understanding – an invitation to discover that spiritual practice doesn't require us to step away from everyday life, but to meet it with greater presence, kindness and awareness. Her hope is that participants leave not simply with new techniques, but with greater trust in themselves and the confidence to recognise that intuitive living is a different way of being in the life we already have.
