Grounding and protection enables us to connect to our biological source, giving us a better understanding of our own energy and how to maintain and work with it efficiently. Understood properly, grounding and protection can act like a key, unlocking our natural abilities. Over five weeks, we will explore what grounding and protection truly means and how it can enhance your wellbeing and deepen your connection to Spirit, your guides, and your own personal or professional journey. This work forms the essential foundation for any further training, whether psychic, medium or healer.

What to expect

This is a hands-on, personal course. Lucy will work with each participant individually to help you understand how to ground in your own unique way, building your knowledge of what it is and how it feels, with personal direction and guidance for everyone in the group. Each week includes simple, practical exercises, group discussion, and dedicated time for questions and answers as your understanding deepens. Every class closes with a relaxing meditation from Lucy, allowing you to anchor what you've learned and receive healing.

This 5-week in-person course includes:

• Clarifying what grounding and protection actually means – what it is, and what it is not
• Exploring the mechanics of opening and closing, and how and why to do this
• Understanding why and when we ground and protect ourselves, and the physical, emotional and mental benefits

Meet your tutor, Lucy Aumonier

Lucy Aumonier is a spiritual healer and tutor at The College of Psychic Studies. Her own grounding journey began the way many students' will – hearing the words "you're not grounded!" as she started out on her psychic & mediumship training. That early frustration led her deep into the practice, strengthening her work over years as a tutor and College-accredited healer.
