A Women’s Shamanic Apprenticeship

This six-week livestream shamanic apprenticeship unfolds as a deliberate descent into the feminine psyche, guided by shamanic ritual, archetypal inquiry, drum journeys, channelled voice and embodied shadow-work.

Across six weeks, we enter the underworld of instinct, sacred rage, grief, desire and sovereignty as living forces within the body and soul. Drawing from earth-based shamanic traditions, drum journeying, archetypal cosmology and ceremonial process, the container is carefully held so that what was once split off, silenced or armoured in order to survive can be approached with compassion, awareness and respect.

Shadow is met as medicine – as condensed life-force waiting to be reclaimed. As these aspects are retrieved and integrated, something begins to reorganise from within. Power returns to its rightful place in the body. Presence deepens. Radiance emerges naturally, not as display, but as coherence.

Week 1| Descent into the Feminine Psyche: The Call to the Underworld

We begin by consciously stepping toward what has been avoided.

The feminine psyche is layered and cyclical. In this first week, we explore how conditioning, cultural expectation, and inherited narratives have shaped the way we inhabit ourselves. What has been muted to maintain belonging? What instinct was suppressed in order to feel safe?

Descent is introduced as sacred terrain — the place where power, intuition and clarity have been buried. Through guided journeying, participants cross the threshold into their inner landscape and begin the process of retrieval.

Journey: Crossing into the inner underworld and meeting the first guardian of your descent.

Week 2 | Instinct & the Animal Body: Reclaiming Embodied Knowing

This week restores the relationship with the body as an oracle.

Instinct is ancient intelligence. We explore how trauma, socialisation and over-analysis can sever women from somatic truth. The animal body — perceptive, responsive — becomes a teacher once more.

Participants learn to discern fear from intuition and urgency from embodied clarity. Through breath, grounding practices and somatic ritual, instinct is reclaimed as a source of authority. As trust in the body deepens, a quiet confidence begins to build.

Journey: Meeting the instinctual self and restoring primal trust.

Week 3 | Shadow as Medicine: Sacred Rage, Grief, Jealousy & Shame

This week deepens the descent.

Sacred rage is explored as a life-force that has been suppressed. It is not volatility, but a boundary demanding recognition. Grief reveals devotion. Jealousy exposes unclaimed desire. Shame points to places where belonging was fractured.

Rather than bypassing or dramatising emotion, shadow is approached with steadiness. Participants examine projection, repression and inherited narratives that shape identity and behaviour. The work is not about intensity for its own sake. It is about integration.

As shadow is reclaimed, vitality returns. What once felt heavy begins to soften. Radiance is no longer blocked by armour.

Journey: Retrieving a disowned fragment of self and reclaiming the life-force it holds.

Week 4 | Power & Sacred Boundaries: Energetic Integrity

This week turns toward sovereignty as embodied coherence.

We examine patterns of over-giving, self-abandonment and the fear of being "too much." Through ritual and reflection, participants strengthen boundaries not as walls, but as expressions of self-respect.

Sovereignty is explored as rooted presence — the capacity to remain centred while staying relational. When boundaries are clear, life-force is no longer leaking outward. Energy gathers. Radiance stabilises.

Journey: Standing in your own centre and embodying grounded sovereignty.

Week 5 | Feminine Leadership & Archetypal Power: The Four Faces of the Primordial Feminine

This week explores mature feminine leadership through four archetypal lenses: the Priestess, the Queen, the Wise Woman, and the Creatrix.

• The Priestess governs the invisible realm — intuition, timing and sacred responsibility. In distortion she may inflate spiritually or withdraw into superiority. In maturity she embodies depth without dominance.

• The Queen holds structure and boundary. She governs territory and protects the collective. In distortion she may control, perform or demand validation. In maturity she leads with steadiness and discernment.

• The Wise Woman carries lived experience shaped by initiation and grief and time. In distortion she may become cynical or withdrawn. In maturity she offers grounded authority born of integration.

• The Creatrix births vision into form. She initiates movement and brings ideas into the world. In distortion she scatters energy or seeks recognition. In maturity she creates from coherence rather than urgency.

Participants examine visibility, influence, and the shadow of leadership — how unintegrated wounds can unconsciously shape authority, and how embodied shadow becomes quiet strength.

Leadership here is not performance or hierarchy. It is relational responsibility and energetic integrity.

Journey: Rooting into your voice and inhabiting your authority with embodied integrity and radiance.

Week 6 | Walking the Jaguar Path: The Emergence of the Reclaimed Self

The final week anchors the descent into lived experience.

The Jaguar walks with silence and deep, instinctual precision. She does not announce her power; she inhabits it. This final stage of the apprenticeship is about embodying what has been reclaimed — instinct, shadow integration, sovereignty and leadership — and carrying it into daily life with steadiness.

• How does instinct inform decision-making?
• How does shadow awareness deepen intimacy?
• How does sovereignty shape the way you move through work, relationship and visibility?

Radiance at this stage is not dramatic. It is grounded. It is coherent. It moves quietly through the body.

Participants are guided to weave together the threads of the journey into a sustainable way of being. The apprenticeship closes with a ceremonial rite of integration, honouring the path walked, and sealing the commitment to live with embodied authority.

Journey: Treading softly yet powerfully, guided by instinct and glowing with the light reclaimed from shadow.
