This five-week in-person beginner's course will teach you the fundamentals of psychic protection and grounding; essential for beginners and those wishing to expand their technique.

• Why we do grounding and protection and how we can benefit from it

Each class includes practical exercises, discussion and time for integration and questions and answers. To close each class, Lucy will guide you on a relaxing meditation, enabling you to anchor the information and receive healing.
