This is a day of intense kundalini yoga meditation that will expand your consciousness, increase your awareness, activate your intuition and guide us into a profound connection with our infinite self.

We will be working with some basic kundalini yoga movements to warm up the body and balance, clear and open the chakras to prepare us for our meditative journey. Throughout the day, we will be using some very powerful kundalini yoga practices which use pranayama (breath), mudras (hand gestures) and mantras (chanting), to drop into a deep meditative and blissful space.

Prepare to experience your infinity!

Please come to the workshop having eaten a very light breakfast - fruit, veggies, milk, nut milk, oats are all ok. No eggs or meat, please. This will help your meditation practice.

Kundalini yoga is for you no matter what your age, capability, level of flexibility.

All you need to practise is an open mind and willing spirit.

You may find some of the movements and meditations challenging but always worth your best efforts.

Please wear comfy clothes appropriate for movement. We practice on yoga mats on the floor, however chairs will be available for those who find sitting on the floor uncomfortable.

This workshop is taking place in-person at our college in London

You can find the address and travel directions on our contact page - we'll also include all the information in your enrolment email.
