As the pressures of our times increase, including the pressure on ourselves to look a certain way, succeed in our career, nurture perfect relationships and in general, 'win at life', we struggle to cope.

Those struggles are exacerbated by social media and the constant influx of information. In our struggle, we shift our gaze beyond ourselves to external sources of happiness, beauty, energy and empowerment. Addictions to behavioural patterns, foods, drugs, dramas and relationship dynamics entrench themselves as that reliance on something outside of us grows.

This workshop looks at retraining ourselves to source our strength, beauty and empowerment from within. We re-establish new neural pathways in the brain to release unhelpful habits and behavioural patterns and forge new ones that support us in the face of these changing times.

This is a movement-based workshop, so please wear clothes that are comfortable and easy to move in. We will be using yoga mats, but there will be chairs available for those who are uncomfortable sitting on the floor. No experience is necessary for kundalini yoga, but an open mind and willing spirit are a must! Mats and blankets are provided.

This workshop is taking place in-person at our college in London

You can find the address and travel directions on our contact page - we'll also include all the information in your enrolment email.
