Please join bestselling author and counsellor Blake Bauer for an afternoon of in-depth spiritual practice and the experience of deep inner peace.

During this workshop you will be guided through a deep Qi Gong moving meditation practice to unlock energy, blood and emotion that is keeping you sick, unhappy or stuck.

Once your body is open and both your energy field and blood are flowing, you will be guided on how to train your mind in the present through a very effective form of mindfulness meditation.

Through both practices you will experience the source of peace within you and also understand how to find relief from symptoms such as stress, anxiety, insecurity, mental overwhelm and many forms of physical pain.

These practices will be followed by an in-depth discussion.
