Join this experiential in-person workshop to discover the tradition of mantra in meditation and tantra and explore, through direct experience, the theory of sound in ancient Indian philosophies.

Mantra is a ritual technology at the heart of tantric practice – a tool for accessing deeper states of consciousness through the primordial power of sound. Rooted in ancient Indian philosophies such as Samkhya and Mimamsa, mantra works on the subtle yogic body, transforming the mind through sacred sound and aligning the power of intention with the power of presence. Practised for millennia by advanced meditators and ritual practitioners, it offers a direct path to healing, insight and transcendental states of awareness. This workshop is your invitation to experience it for yourself.

What to expect

This workshop offers a blend of theoretical grounding and hands-on practice. You will be safely guided through meditation techniques drawn from ancient traditions.

This in-person workshop includes:

  • Exploring the theory: Looking at the structures of the subtle yogic body and how this mind-body is transformed through accessing the primordial sounds of creation, with detailed explanations of the psychological processes of transformation framed within ancient Indian philosophies such as Samkhya and Mimamsa
  • Applying the theory to practice: Using various techniques to align thought and sound as a means to access deeper states of meditation, including:
    • Exploring the direct experience of advanced meditators and ritual practitioners who discovered healing and insight through sound
    • Mapping their subtle instructions to guide our own access to transcendental states of consciousness

By understanding the connection between the sacred geometry of the mind-universe and our mind-body experience, we can align the power of intention with the power of presence.

Who is this workshop for?

If you are drawn to the deeper study of sound, mantra, meditation and consciousness, this workshop is for you.
