In this in-person workshop at The College of Psychic Studies, we will explore the transformative power of mandalas as tools for healing and integration, combining Carl Jung's psychological insights with Tantric traditions.

Jung saw mandalas as archetypal symbols of the psyche's striving for wholeness, representing the Self -- the central organising principle of the psyche that integrates the conscious and unconscious mind.

We will examine Jungian archetypes as universal patterns within the collective unconscious. These will be mapped alongside Tantric deity practices, where connection with divine energies is expressed through ritual, visualisation, and embodied experiences. The parallels between Jung's psychology and Tantric metaphysics will reveal how both traditions view the mandala as a pathway to accessing deeper layers of the psyche and consciousness.

The workshop concludes with practices from the Tantric tradition, including ritualised visualisation to prepare the mind for an embodied experience of the living mandala. These practices will be used to integrate the fragmented aspects of the psyche, bringing harmony and fostering a sense of inner unity.
