Discover how to use sacred geometry in meditation to purify your mind and body in this fascinating in-person workshop.

This workshop at The College of Psychic Studies in London invites you into the fascinating world of yantras and mandalas - sacred geometric shapes. Using visualisations accompanied by healing sound, we will experience the powerful influence of how sacred geometry can purify the mind and body and influence our meditation experience.

This in-person workshop explores:

  • Yantra: How and why geometric shapes are used for mental and physical purification
  • Mandala and sound: Discover the meaning behind tantric metaphysics and its relation to visuals and acoustics
  • Physical alignment: The body as sacred geometry
  • Cosmic structures: How the universe is a mirror of our mind
This workshop includes a specialised guided practice of tattwa shuddhi, or elemental purification. It includes gentle stretching and breathing exercises to prepare the body, and is followed by a guided visualisation accompanied by a sacred mantra.

Book now to experience a powerful visual meditation technique that has been carried down to us through the centuries. You'll witness its uplifting effects on the body and mind, in the safe space of the College.

Entry requirements:

  • Please wear comfortable clothes for gentle movement.
  • All levels are welcome, no experience of meditation is necessary.
