Psychic Mediumship: How the Process Works

This in-person workshop focuses on understanding the process, practicalities and terminology of evidential psychic mediumship and how to apply them to elevate and empower your development.

Understanding how the process of psychic mediumship works is fundamental to developing heightened psychic awareness and mediumistic capabilities. When the process and fundamentals are learned, this can help to unlock the "how" of psychic mediumship. 

When applied effectively, this can accelerate the sourcing and delivery of quality and pertinent evidential information, and the necessary validation from the recipient. This can be an enriching and fulfilling experience for both.

We will explore the human energy field, states of consciousness and attuning to Spirit energies. We will also explore the core competencies of psychic mediumship and how to anchor confidence and trust in what you are receiving in psychical phenomena and Spirit communications.

This in-person experimental workshop includes:

• Handouts and resources to take home with you
• Techniques to deepen your meditation practice
• Altered states and expanded states of consciousness
• Case study of a real life human aura and energy field and what it reveals
• Techniques to develop and expand the Clair senses (Clairvoyance, Clairaudience, Clairsentience, Claircognisance and more)
• Attunement and decoding the language of Spirit communication
• Guided meditation and visualisation, including healing coloured light activation will help to prepare you to access heightened vibrations and inner resources

Anastasia will guide and support you in navigating optimal states of consciousness, a precursor to accessing the non-physical senses, heightened intuitive perception and attuning to Spirit communication.
