This livestream class of transformational kundalini meditations will expand your consciousness, increase your awareness, activate your intuition and guide you into a profound connection with your infinite self. It's a true experience of bliss!

Throughout this online class, we will be using some very powerful kundalini meditation practices which use pranayama (breath), mudras (hand gestures) and mantras (chanting), to drop into a deep meditative and blissful space. 

Please come to the class having eaten a very light diet throughout the day - fruit, veggies, milk, nut milk, oats are all ok. No eggs or meat, please. This will help your meditation practice.

Prepare to experience your infinity!

The practices in this class are drawn from the kundalini yoga tradition and include guided movement. You are invited to sit on a chair or the floor, with an emphasis on comfort. Beginners are welcome.

We will not be recording this class. This a deeply meditative experience and we wish to honour those participants who may not feel comfortable with the session being recorded.
