A day to reset the mind, body and soul.

Participants will experience:

  • Being a HSP (highly sensitive person) - how to move from survival to thriving and flourishing
  • How to build an inner oasis to strengthen the nervous system
  • How to recognise and manage the fight, flight, freeze response
  • Body scanning technique using our earth suit (natures onesie)
  • How to be aware of and understand the sensations in your body
  • Visualisation techniques to become aware of your senses as a gift
  • An unfolding of your inner resilience to support your daily life
  • How the power of the breath can ground you into the present

By the end of this workshop you will have:

  • The tools to create your own unique daily practice
  • A reawakening of your innate resources, to identify and strengthen resilience

This day will be a journey into self, to befriend and understand the parts of you which enrich your imagination and strengthen your inner world, so that you can move forward as a sensitively aware and intuitive powerhouse.
