Permissioning and Transformation is a set of techniques, effective in helping rid negative emotions and solving problematic situations.

It is an elegant process that is incredibly simple to learn and is a pathway into maintaining a peaceful state of being. This technique is designed to literally help free your mind from any fixed viewpoints, as you experience life with new and open perspectives. As you apply the technique you will enter into a state of presence very quickly. This creates a powerful healing space where peace, fresh insights, and an open mind become your default setting.
Permissioning and Transformation can be applied to all areas of life such as health, relationships, studies, wealth and success.
Permissioning and Transformation programs are approved to count towards the 35 hours of Nursing and Midwifery council revalidation points. Permissioning and Transformation was created and founded by Karina’s teacher, Kaye W Lee.
This course covers three areas - peace, energy and freedom. Each topic is divided into an inner and outer component, covering one session each.
We begin week one by finding inner peace, and proceed in week two to protect that peace in a turbulent world.
In week three, we polish our inner selves to sparkle, and that sparkle is brought into the world in week four.
In week five, we nourish our inner yearning for love, and in week six, with the lovingness fulfilled, we channel that love into our universe.
Peace and Protection
Week 1: PEACE - Finding instantaneous balance, peaceful sleep, releasing the past, reclaiming the mind from anxiety and nervousness
Week 2: PROTECTION - Conditioning the mind for safety, generating synchronicities, positive mind programming, blessings of optimism and confidence
Week 3: SPARKLING WITHIN - Releasing deep resistance, transcending the ego, finding the inner archetype, accessing true values
Week 4: SPARKLING THE WORLD - Clearing the aura, healing the chakras, broadcasting positivity, space clearing
Love and Freedom
Week 5: THE EXPERIENCE OF LOVE - Tapping into the experience of love, bringing love and goodwill to relationships, forgiveness and self-worth, becoming stable
Week 6: THE FREEDOM TO CHOOSE - Finding a direction in life, true choice and meaning, leaving a legacy

Karina attended her first Louise Hay and breath work seminar at age 12 with her family where self-development was greatly encouraged. When her Father was diagnosed with Parkinson’s in 2005, she searched for ways to help his symptoms and discovered energy healing. She decided to explore energy therapies, to be able to help him herself. The profound results from their healing sessions led her into exploring the most powerful energy healing methods available in the world. Her passion for proactive natural healthcare inspired her to teach these easy to learn techniques to as many people as possible.
